Preparation
Marita Coffee Burn+Control with Psyllium
  • COFFEE PORTION: 1 full coffee spoon or shallow teaspoon of Marita Coffee; 250ml of hot or cold water (avoid very hot water); Sweeten with Marita Stévia (only if it is necessary to sweeten); TIP - Have a glass of water before and after Marita Coffee.
  • HOW TO TAKE COFFEE: 3x a day for Weight Loss (minimum of 2x).
  • COFFEE HOURS: Breakfast (replace traditional coffee with Marita Coffee); 30 minutes before lunch; Afternoon coffee until 6 pm (avoid using the coffee at night so you don't delay your sleep). REMARKS: If you like milk, milk should be taken at least 2 hours before or after consuming Marita Coffee for a better result.
